Laughing All the Way to Lasting Happiness!The last few guests on my radio show (www.adviceradio.com every Friday Happy Hour 4-5 PST) have been laughter experts. I found it to be crucial to really teach the audience the benefits of using laughter and humor to aid in sustaining happiness. Okay, the truth is that I was getting criticism for laughing too much! Can you believe it?
I found out that a lot of people are attached to the idea that there must be something to laugh at or about in order for someone's laughter to be "accepted" by society's norms. Well thanks to the birth of laughter clubs, laughter yoga, and laughter therapy, we actually do not need a reason to laugh! The benefits of laughter are so remarkable that people skip the jokes and go right to the laughter! hahahhahhahahhahahhahahhahahaha If you are feeling resistance to the idea of just laughing for the sake of laughing and you really need something to laugh at please, laugh at yourself. If we can't laugh at ourselves, who can we laugh at? Hahhahahahahahahahhahahahahahaha
