The American Happiness Association has created a "happiness" service that significantly increases happiness in the workplace. Our happiness experts:
- Determine your specific business goals and challenges related to employee happiness.
- Assess your current business culture using happiness surveys, interviews, internal document reviews, observation, or other measures as appropriate.
- Develop a happiness solution set which usually consists of consulting, training, and for some employees, one-on-one coaching. In some cases, policy and procedure changes are indicated.
- Gain your commitment to move forward.
- Implement happiness via communication, execution of the happiness solution set, and a strong feedback mechanism throughout the entire process.
- Measure the happiness results, report, and refine.
