Workplace Happiness

The happiness science is clear: When you bring happiness to your workplace, productivity, creativity, synergy, great teamwork, and profitability follow.

In a happy work environment, your employees are able to do their best work for you. You'll have less turnover, more engaged employees, and a workforce that is committed to helping your business succeed.

The American Happiness Association has created a "happiness" service that significantly increases happiness in the workplace. Our happiness experts:

  1. Determine your specific business goals and challenges related to employee happiness.
  2. Assess your current business culture using happiness surveys, interviews, internal document reviews, observation, or other measures as appropriate.
  3. Develop a happiness solution set which usually consists of consulting, training, and for some employees, one-on-one coaching. In some cases, policy and procedure changes are indicated.
  4. Gain your commitment to move forward.
  5. Implement happiness via communication, execution of the happiness solution set, and a strong feedback mechanism throughout the entire process.
  6. Measure the happiness results, report, and refine.
